01/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation T.E.P. called that they have a mobile home where the electrical was removed on 1-10-23 and currently has power on. Arrived and the pedestal was check and was on with a private meter and not from T.E.P.. Did knock on the door and got no answer. Could her people walking in the mobile home and looking through the window. Did have dogs inside and were barking. Did call T.P.D. to come to the site for assistance to have the people removed from the mobile home. The people were removed and had a older lady and she was placed. Had a son and 2-grandsons living on the property and they were going to find a place to stay due to not being placed. The dogs were taken by PACC due to the males were not taking the dogs. Did do inspection in the mobile home and found no clear paths to doors and windows, doors pad locked from the inside, windows hard to open, had areas where people were sleeping in different areas in the rear of the mobile home addition. Had dog waste through out the mobile home and the carpet was soaked. The people in the mobile home were renting and the new owner was going to board up the windows and doors. The new owner signed the paperwork on site and will secure once T.P.D. has removed the tenants from the property. Did do the posting on the windows to let the tenants know that the mobile home was condemned. All utilities have been removed at the meters and the new owner has mentioned that the mobile home will be removed from the property. RV.
