I spoke with him and informed him of the complaint. He acknowledged that he does sometimes sleep in the truck because he and his sister don't get along on occasions. I recommended that he not do this because it is a zoning matter and I would be issuing a notice of violation for the Inoperable vehicles in the front of the property. |
