On site at property with workers. There is work being done to main structure and secondary structure on the property without permits. Post hand written notice and stop work order. Complete remodel on both structure on the property. Main structure added new windows and made them smaller. Removed the old carport and added a new carport with storage room. Add new laundry room with hot water heater. New AC system. Redesign the kitchen. Added new lighting, electrical wiring, outlets, gas lines, plumbing and water lines and fans. Secondary unit has new windows, block windows, removed interior walls, redesign the kitchen area, new plumbing lines, gas lines, electrical wiring and outlets. |
