On site, gray RV and white camper RV found, gray RV is inoperable that has smashed windshield located in the front yard visible from public view, found nephew sleeping in the white camper connected to electricity via extension cord asked owner to disconnect, camper RV not blocking or obstructing the right of way at this moment there is five feet access from the curb, sent notice of violation for the gray RV being inoperable. |
