Observed a few cracks in the concrete wash along the slopped walls. Cracks appear to be superficial but a structural engineer or masonry expert would be needed to examine the structural integrity of the concrete wash. There are old shopping carts, trash and debris in the wash. Also the wash appears to be owned by the City of Tucson |
