| 02/22/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | No one home and found a rooster with chickens on the property, trash and debris, a brown Cadillac parked in the front of the house, the electrical weather head is not on and leaking around the riser due to not sealed and has a hole, and the roof has been blown off in some areas and not sure if the interior has leaks. The electrical meter was removed and the wires were cut at the pole and will require an upgrade to have the electrical turned back on. Met with T.E.P. on site to have them look at the disconnect and the riser with out the weather head. No one home and did try and call the phone numbers that I had and no answer and not able to leave a message. RV. |
