This is horse property and there are horses located behind the property. Left handwritten NOV detailing the TC City Code Chp 4 Sec 4-28 which requires the owners to clean the horse manure every 24 hours and store in a container inaccessible to flies and placed in a location as remote as possible. This receptacle must be emptied at least 2x a week. |
