1009 AM - A new fence has been constructed around the perimeter of the property that is above 6 ft in height on the east property line. Gates open out into the right of way and did find a vehicle size gate obstructing the right of way upon arrival. There are two new air conditioners installed one on the front house and one on the rear house. All work was completed without permits or site plan approval. Called and spoke to owner and advised needs to start processing of applying for permits and compliance review. -VM |
