Previously received contact from owners stating permits have now been set to Complete status. I reviewed Permits TC-RES-0323-03941 for wall, TC-RES-0323-03938 for HVAC at Unit 1 and TC-RES-0323-03940 for HVAC at Unit 2. Permits are all in Complete status and appear to address all violations. Motion was submitted to City Court and Citation has been dismissed, arraignment vacated. Violations abated, will close case. -VM |
