216 PM - Placed calls to tenant on 2/6, 2/8, and 2/17 and tenant was not available for an inspection of the unit. Left a message on March 2 advising case will be canceled if no contact by 4 PM on March 3. Was in the area so did make contact at the apartment, tenant on site states she is not available for an inspection at this time. Advised her will be closing this case and to call back if she needs further assistance in the future. -VM |
