Observed an electrical cord plugged into the electrical outlet located across the court yard of unit E253. Confirmed with the owner and with TEP that the electricity is disconnected. I unplugged the extension cord from the court yard power source. I posted a Notice to Vacate form, Do Not Enter unsafe to occupy sign and my business card on the front door of unit E253 and I took picture of the postings. The owner and his security guard have documentation of the posting. |
