Called T.P.D. to have the unit check and found 1-female and 1-male in the unit in both rooms. The posting of Do Not Enter has been removed. The owner of the unit lives out of state and advised the owner that once the occupant's removed that the unit will be secured with board up. The person who has the lease was not on site and has not been seen for some time. The male is the son of the owner. Found light duty extension cords daisy chained through out the unit to all the rooms and appliances in the unit. The extension cord was removed from the exterior light. The light fixture is being removed at this time. Will be re-doing the posting of Do Not Enter and N.O.V. to Vacate on the front door once boarded up. Hamed was on site for the H.O.A. and security. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured on all the openings. RV. |
