01/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed several water damaged areas throughout the property. There are 12 buildings and 315 units on the property. Water damage appears to originate from the roof area and is traveling behind the walls and is severally affecting the walls, ceiling, walkways of the entire building. Water damage appears to have weakened the railing attached to the walkway and has caused the gutters to separate from the building which is further exacerbating the problem. The walls, plaster and paint are all cracked and show signs of water damage. Management was informed of the damages and acknowledged they were aware and already in the process of fixing the damage. Manager Jessica stated that the roof was fixed but did not specify which roofs were fixed. The water damage is consistent throughout 11 of the 12 units on the property.
