ADA ramp and backstop pour - Oremus Materials delivered the approved mix at 7:50AM where the backstop was first poured at station 123+79 along the west side of Wingate. The forms were good and held in place with metal stakes. The ADA ramp at station 100+13 along the west side of Wingate was poured without the use of forms because the sidewalk and backstop existed. The areas were moistened and compacted prior to pour. The ADA ramp was poured at 6 inch depth. The truncated domes were placed per manufacturers specifications. The surface was trowel finished, stiff brush finished and sprayed with a curing compound to finish. The temperature at the start of the pour was 57 degrees and rising. |
