VISITED SITE, A TRAILER PARK ON S/E CORNER OF DELANO AND BALBOA AV. FIRST DROVE THE TRAILER PARK BUT ALL TRAILERS HAD A FENCED AREA, AS I WALKED ALONG THE FENCE AREA OF TRAILERS ALONG DELANO I WAS UNABLE TO SMELL ANY SEWER GASES. I THEN WALKED OUTSIDE THE CHAIN LINK FENCE ALONG DELANO, COULD NOT SEE ANY BROKEN SEWER LINES AND STILL COULD NOT SMELL ANY THING CLOSE TO SEWER GAS. I ALSO WALKED ALONG NORTH BALBOA AND AGAIN FOUND NO BROKEN OR DAMAGED SEWER LINES OR SEWER WASTE. NO VIOLATIONS. CLOSE CASE. |
