Explained the occupant can not keep chickens inside. Also noted the back yard is not large enough for a chicken coop. The occupant can not keep the chickens in the front yard inside a chicken coop either. Both Owner and Occupant are now aware that the chickens will have to go. Occupant requested for a copy of the UDC Code that states this code. Sent owner and occupant a notice of violation regards to the chickens and the refuse and feces on the property lot. |
