Stove fire. Vent above stove damaged by fire. Some smoke and water damage as a result of the stove fire. Grijalva Realty hired a licensed Electrician evaluate the electrical before re-energizing the electrical. Requested the rental unit be cleaned up and the back door unblocked before allowing tenants to move back into rental unit. |
