Complaint about excessive storage and about the parking lot. Met w/owner regarding complaint. Owner states he was approved to have every thing on site as is. Let owner know I would research site and let him know what I find. After locating the site plan I met w/the owner and showed him the site plan on file. It did not match the current configuration of the site. Issued nov to owner to 1) Obtain a current site plan, 2) Obtain permits for the signs on site 3) Obtain CofO and post in business 4) Remove refuse on property. |
