Knocked at front door no answer. Contacted property mgmt regarding complaint. Property mgmt has contacted Terminix to remove the termites. Treatments have been ongoing. Wires are cables for internet. Sewer smell is coming from the AC (stagnate water smell) Maintenance is currently working at addressing this issue. Called occupant and left vm along w/phone number. |
