MANAGER WALKED ME TO THE UNIT, KNOCKED ON THE DOOR BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I LEFT A BUSINESS CARD ON THE DOOR ASKING OCCUPANT TO PLEASE CONTACT. I RECEIVED A CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY 8/10/23, WE SET UP A INSPECTION FOR 8/11/23. I REVISITED THE SITE, I MET WITH THE OCCUPANT AND PEST CONTROL WAS ON SITE, HE STATED THEY HAVE AGGRESIVELY ADDDRESSED THE ISSUE, COME BY TO REMOVE MICE AND SPRAY ALONG WALLS FOR ROACHES AND PUT DOWN NEW STICKY TRAPS. I WALKED THE UNIT WITH THE OCCUPANT AND SHOWED ME A AREA NEXT TO SLIDING GLASS DOOR THAT REQUIRED REPAIRS, SHOWED ME THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SINK THAT WERE LEAKING AND CABINET FLOOR WATER DAMAGED. SHE STATED HER DISHWASHER WAS NOT WORKING AND THE DISPOSAL OUTLET NEEDING A COVER PLATE. THE TUB NEEDING TO BE RESURFACED AND SOAP HOLDER NEEDING TO BE RE INSTALLED. THERE WAS ALSO A PIECE OF MOLDING MISSING FROM A CABINTET IN MASTER BDRM. WE ADDRESSED ALL ISSUES, I TOOK MY LIST TO THE MANAGER, TOLD HER I WOULD BE ISSUING THE NOV A NOV, MANAGER TOOK A PICTURE OF MY LIST AND STATED MAINTANENCE WOULD ADDRESS EVERYTHING OVER THE WEEK END.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER ON 8/14 STATING ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN COMPLETED. I CONTACTED THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THERE WERE A COUPLE OF ISSUES NOT COMPLETED, TOLD ME WHAT THEY WERE , I CONTACTED THE MANAGER AND GAVE HER THOSE ISSUES. NOV NOT REQUIRED BECAUSE PEST CONTROL WORK HAS BEEN IN PROGRESS FOR OVER A MONTH, AND ADDITIONAL CODE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED BEFORE NOV ISSUED |
