Maintenance staff refuse to work with city left the property. He refused to come back to the property.. Had TEP disconnect electrical service to commercial building. *****NOTE****** TEP TRANSFORMER CAN ONLY BE OFF FOR TWO WEEKS. Commercial business will needs to have a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN evaluate the electrical system and obtain permits right away and have the electricity turned back on.
