Rental unit B103 AC reads 87degrees. Bedroom flooded. A result of the recent storm damaged. Chiller system pipe broken when a tree branch hit the pipe. Water on the roof leaked into the bedroom. Issued nov to have chiler system fixed. Pipe damaged is approximately a foot of damage pipe. Contacted PDSD regarding permits required for this type of damage. No permit required. Property Manager provided occupant a temp cooler and also a fan to dry out the flooring in the bedroom. |
