THE HOT WATER HEATER SUSTAINED HEAT DAMAGE. THE GAS METER HAD BEEN PINNED PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT DUE TO NON PAYMENT. THERE WAS BARE AND BURNT WIRING ON THE INTERIOR OF THE SHED. THERE WAS AN OUTLET THAT LED INTO THE INTERIOR HALL OF THE UNIT, THAT SUSTAINED HEAT AND WATER DAMAGE. THERE WERE MULTIPLE WOOD BEAMS BETWEEN THE SHED AND INTERIOR OF UNIT 680 THAT HAD ALLIGATORING. THERE WAS AN ESTIMATED 3X4 HOLE IN THE WALL FROM THE SHED THAT LED INTO A BEDROOM BATHROOM. THERE WAS ANOTHER WHOLE ESTIMATED AT 3X3. THERE WAS SHEET ROCK THAT WAS DESTROYED. THE OSB BOARD IN THE SHED SUSTAINED SMOKE DAMAGE. THERE WAS WATER INTRUSTION TO THE CARPETED, INTERIOR, STAIRS. THERE WAS WATER INTRUSTION TO THE FLOORING. THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT HAD SLIGHT SMOKE DAMAGE.TEP HAD BOOTED THE METER PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. UNIT IS CONDEMEND. DAY TIME ENTRY ONLY. PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS TO THE COMMERCIAL RENTAL. THE OWNER SIGNED THE INDEMIFICATION FORM THAT MAKES HIM RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE SHED WHERE THE FIRE ORIGINATED, HE WILL HAVE THE SHED SECURED TODAY. CONDEMNATION STICKERS WERE ATTACHED TO THE FRONT AND BACK DOORS.
