Upon inspection, the dwelling was found to contain excessive accumulations of debris, refuse, and personal property throughout the interior. The kitchen exhibited unsafe/unsanitary conditions due to possible fire. All appliances in kitchen were inoperable. The living areas and bedroom contained excessive clutter and heavily soiled furnishings, restricting safe movement(no egress) within the structure. Interior wall surfaces exhibited moisture staining and deterioration. The exterior contained excessive dry vegetation and evidence of neglect. Based upon the conditions observed, the structure presents hazards to the health and safety of occupants, including fire hazards and sanitation hazards. The dwelling is declared unsafe and unfit for human occupancy and is condemned pending correction of all violation. TEP services was removed at source. Permits required within 60 days of notice. Licensed contractor required for all repairs. Gas meter was switched to off position. Owner unable to secure property. City contractor to secure at owners request. All paper work was signed and handed to owner. "Do Not Enter" signs were placed on front and back window/door. |
