Spoke with the complainant via phone. Advised maintenance was onsite and attempting to fix the AC. I advised to ask if they could provide a portable cooling unit until the AC is fixed (due to possibly having to order parts) because she has an infant in the apartment. She stated she would ask. I advised to contact code enforcement if they problem is not resolved soon and no portable cooling is provided. As such, this case is closed. |
