THERE IS WATER INTRUSION THROUGHOUT UNIT #4 DUE TO A BUSTED PIPE IN THE CEILING OF THE ABOVE UNIT, #24. UNIT #4 SUSTAINED A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR CEILING, WALLS, APPLIANCES, MECHANICAL DEVICES, ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND FLOORING. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED AND A LICENSENED CONTRACTOR SHOULD EVALUATE AND REPAIR THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND DEVICES. THE COMPLEX WORKS OFF OF A MASTER METER FOR THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY. TUCSON WATER TURNED THE WATER OFF TO THE BUILDING AT THE MAIN SHUT OFF. WATER WAS OFF TO ALL UNITS BUT THE PIPE THAT WAS BUSTED IN UNIT 24, CONTINUED TO EXPEL WATER. MANAGEMENT HAD THEIR MAINTENANCE CREW WORKING TO SOLVE THE ISSUES AND MADE THE DECISION TO CONTACT PROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS.
