Upon further investigation it was found the property does not have active water or electric services. Arrived on site with TPD. Entered property with TPD.
-Found 5 different fire pits,
-found multiple extension cords attached to power strips scattered through the property from multiple solar panels.
-Found a water tank providing water to the house
-Found multiple JMVs onsite
-Silver Van in front yard area
-Green Suburban in the back yard
-Green van dismantled behind house
-7 motorcycles at various stages of disassembly
-1 blue sand rail
-2 disassembled golf carts
-a camper trailer with broken windows
-found outdoor storage covering approximately 80% of the property
-The house has electrical circuit work done without permits.
-The exterior wood's weather protectant is peeling and chipping off
-large accumulation of trash throughout the property. and abutting public right of way (Front by mail box and alley)
-The palm tree in the front yard has dead fronds within 10 feet of the ground |
