Arrived and all the units were still on site and were starting to clean up. Did have a ladder truck in use due to the hot spots were on the roof that has collapsed. The house is a total lost and the windows and the doors have been burned and don't exists. The walls are adobe has the stucco covering missing in areas. Not able to locate the owner and went to the listed address for the owner and left a card on the door. The person at the listed address is not the owner and has nothing to do with the house. Did to the paperwork and posted on the rear porch wood posts. All the utilities were already off to the property and the house has been boarded up and have had issues with opened doors and windows and had to be re-secured several times. Did call Biff Baker Fence to have the property surrounded with a fence and will be recommended for demo. The property has trash and debris through out. Has structures in the rear of the property that are also opened and not involved with the fire and detached. Inspector Goodman was at site to have the fence installed. RV. |
