GYPSY LANE IS A VERY NARROW ST MAYBE 14-15 FEET WIDE, FARR HAS "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OFTHE STREET LEAVING ONLY THE NORTH SIDE OF FARR STREET TO PARK ON. UPON MY ARRIVAL I FOUND TWO PEOPLE REMOVING REFUSE, TRASH AND DEBRIS, MATTRESSES AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. I MET THE OWNER WHO INFORMED ME THAT SHE HIRED THE PEOPLE TO REMOVE THE ITEMS FROM THE PROPERTY, THAT SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING OUT THE ITEMS SHE DOES NOT WANT AND THEN AGAIN IN TWO WEEKS THEY WILL BE BACK FOR A SECOND LOAD AND PERHAPS A THIRD. I GAVE THE OWNER OUR OUTDOOR STORAGE INFORMATION, WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH HER AND WENT OVER THE TYPES OF ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED.OWNER ASKED FOR 60 DAYS I EXPLAINED I GOOD NOT GIVE HER THAT MUCH TIME BUT BECAUSE OF THE 2 WEEK PICK UPS I COULD START WITH 45 DAYS AND GIVE HER AN EXTENSION IF REQUIRED.
