VISITED SITE, FOUND TALL GRASS AND WEEDS THRU OUT THE FRONT YARD AREA TO THE STREET, THRU OUT THE REAR YARD AND IN THE ALLEY WAS. ALSO FOUND TREE OVERHANGING THE REAR WALL AND OVERHANGING INTO THE PAVED SECTION OF THE ALLEY. ALSO FOUND A DEAD TREE STUMP IN THE ALLEY. |
