Fire: Auto Shop/Smoke Shop fire. Electrical system damaged by fire in both businesses. Back end of Auto Shop the wall is cracked from the top of the building halfway down the side of the building. Crack caused by heat of fire. Smoke, water damage through-out the property. Completed NOV, Indemnification, Notice to vacate. Permits will be required for repairs to the commercial building. |
