On site with tenant. Inspected this unit. Maintenance has completed the outstanding request. Toilet is now running properly. Water heater is running properly there is not a drain pan. No information regarding a permit was found. The water heater was not recently installed. A thicker weather strip will need to be installed. There is a gap between the door and frame on the entry door. All original issues have been address. Tenant has created a new lists of concerns during this inspection. This includes the weather stripping, a drain pan placed under water heater, a crack in bedroom window, loose bath tub handle, minor bathtub caulking, loose outlet cover behind bed. |
