12/15/1999 12/15/99 CONTACTED IN PERSON: SPOKE WITH MAINTENANCE MAN FOR THE THIRD TIME AND LEFT MY INSPECTION NOTICE CARD FOR THE SECOND TIME. MAINTENANCE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT TENANT AND TENANT HASNT CALLED DSC. NO CRACKS WERE VISIBLE IN THE EXTERIOR BLOCK WALL AS INDICATED IN COMPLAINT. MAINTENANCE HAS WANTED TO GET INTO TO PATCH ANY CRACKS PRESENT, BUT HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO. LEFT NOTE IN TENANTS DOOR TO CALL DSC BEFORE 12/24 OR THE CASE WILL BE CLOSED. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT CAME IN VIA PHONE FROM TENANTS MOTHER. 1/31 FINALLY GOT THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE TOGETHER WITH THE TENANT AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS. CRACKS TURNS OUT TO HAVE BEEN INSIDE A CLOSET ON AN INTERIOR WALL. SPOKE WITH PHIL OF THE MAINTENANCE CREW AND HE SAID THE CRACK WAS CAULKED AND PAINTED. SPOKE WITH THE TENANTS GIRLFRIEND, CINDY, AND THE CRACK WAS FIXED TO HER SATISFACTION. CLOSE CASE
