LAST JANUARY THE UNITS ROOF WAS REPAIRED AND THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS SCHEDULED FOR NEW ROOFING IN 12-99. IN AUGUST OF 99 THE UNIT HAD A NEW STOVE AND COUNTERTOP INSTALLED. THE HISTORY OF THIS UNIT SHOWS THAT REPAIRS ARE DONE PROMPTLY, EVEN DOWN TO REPLACING VINYL FLOORING BECAUSE IT IS DISCOLORED. THE TENANT WAS NOT HOME FOR AN INSPECTION BUT WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE TO DISCUSS ANY POSSIBLE PROBLEMS HE MAY BE HAVING WITH THE APT. HIS INITIAL COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT THE ROOF LEAKING. |
