INSPECTION FOUND OPEN TOWNHOME WITH EXTENSIVE SIGNS OF VANDALISM AND POSSIBLE HABITATION. THE INTERIOR WAS AT LEAST 3-FEET OF DEBRIS IN ALL ROOMS. ALL UTILITIES WERE FOUND IN THE DISCONNECTED POSITION. OWNER TO BE CONTACTED IN ORDER TO SECURE AND CLEAN PROPERTY. PROPERTY WAS POSTED WITH "NO TRESPASSING" & "UNSAFE TO OCCUPY". MR DOUGLAS FRANKLIN (OWNER) (512)927-1799 RESIDES AT 1401 N. REDONDO DR, AUSTIN TX. 787211539. WAS CONTACTED BY RICK SALDATE AND RELAYED CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT IS NEEDED FOR COMPLIANCE. OWNER CANNOT GET INTO TUCSON OR HAVE ANYONE HERE TO ADDRESS THE STRUCTURE. IT WAS AGREED TO HAVE WMJ (BOARD UP CONTRACTOR) GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR SECUREMENT WHICH WOULD BE RELAYED TO OWNER. HE TO THEN DECIDE IF HE WANTED TO ACCEPT OR FIND OTHER MEANS OF SECUREMENT. AT THIS TIME RICK SALDATE REPALACED SMALL WINDOW LOCKS AND JAMMED DOOR CLOSED. LAST DRIVE BY AFTER FOUND STRUCTURE STILL SECURE. CURRENT STATUS IS AWAITING ESTIMATE AND SECUREMENT ANTICIPATED BY WED. 10-28-99 PROPERTY STILL NOT SECURED. CHANGE IN ACTION, DSC WILL NOT SECURE ESTIMATE AND BOARD UP ON OWNERS BEHALF. MGMT DECIDED THAT MAY PUT DSC AT RISK.
