08/04/1999 07/04/99SITE VISIT/INSPECTION MADE. This was a TPD ref during working hours. Inspection of the premises found a three unit apt complex with the top apt #3 extensively vandalized. The interior walls were found kicked in not only exposing wiring but also found damaged. Electrical svc. was found in the "off" position blue tagged by TEP. All windows were found broken. Rick contacted Mr. Cyril J. Barlow (owner) @ 885-1000 informing him of the situation. He was instructed that the structure was unsafe to occupy due to hazardous electrical and must be looked at by a licensed contractor securing a permit. In addition the owner was informed that he must secure the apartment due to the concern that the tenants will return. He agreed to secure today and page me once it is completed. Thursday morning the owner will meet Rick on site to inspect all three units. Other info : TPD case number 9908040326, and have pictures which can be ordered from TPD through "ID" department.
08/05/1999 08/04/99 NOTICE AND ORDER ISSUED:Met owner on site and hand delivered notice. Inspected unit #3 with owner. Found that owner secured structure and in the process of clean up. Instructed owner to secure licensed electrical contractor to address wiring and to pull proper permits. NOTE: notice info to be entered after service of notice by secretary.
