12/21/1999 12/21/99 CONTACTED BY PHONE: I SPOKE WITH NATHAN, MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR THE OWNER. HE STATED THAT ALL OF THE DISCREPENCIES HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AT THE PROPERTY. 12/28/99 WENT TO PROPERTY TO FIND THAT ONLY THE FURNACE HAD BEEN CORRECTED. NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE. CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGERS NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE. TOLD THEM THAT NATHAN,THE MAINTENANCE SUPER, TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS DONE WHEN I CALLED HIM ON 12/21. I SAID NOTHING BUT THE FURNACE HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND THAT I WOULD BE BACK AT THE PROPERTY ON FRIDAY-12/31, AND THAT EVERYTHING MUST BE DONE OR I WILL ISSUE A CITATION AND WE CAN TALK ABOUT IT IN COURT.
