HE WAS INFORMED THAT ALTHOUGH THE TENANTS ADMITTED THEY DID THE DAMAGE TO THE WINDOWS AND DOORS, IT IS STILL NECESSARY FOR HIM TO MAKE SURE THEY REPLACE THEM. HE SAID THAT WONT BE A PROBLEM AND THAT HE COULD SUPPLY THE MATERIALS AND LET THE RESIDENTS PAY HIM BACK LATER. FOLLOW UP IN ONE MONTH.
