DSC HAS HAD DEALINGS WITH MR. KELLY IN THE PAST AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIBLE AND PROMPT WITH MAKING REPAIRS. FOLLOW UP SCHEDULED IN 2 WEEKS FOR WALK THROUGH WITH OWNER. 07/07/99 OWNER CALLED AND ASKED FOR SOME MORE TIME. HE WAS ASKED TO INSTALL SMOKE DETECTORS AND REPAIR BROKEN WINDOW TO GAIN 30 DAY EXTENSION FOR OTHER REPAIRS. FOLLOW UP IN 1 WEEK TO SEE IF SDS ARE IN. 09/22/99 EX-TENANT OF UNIT 1729 LEFT MESSAGE THAT HE FELT OWNER HAD NOT MADE PROPER REPAIRS TO THE DWELLING, AND THAT HE (EX-TENANT) WANTED TO CONTACT THE CITY MANAGER IF DSC DID NOT ADDRESS WHAT THE EX-TENANT FELT WERE SUBPAR REPAIRS. THIS PROPERTY WAS RE-INSPECTED ON 9-20-99 AND EVERYTHING WAS FOUND TO BE IN COMPLIANCE. THE EX-TENANT WAS CALLED @ 319-0905 AND A MESSAGE WAS LEFT INFORMING HIM THAT THIS CASE WAS GOING TO BE CLOSED, BUT THAT I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN ANY INFORMATION REGARDING HIS COMPLAINT.
