TENANTS MOTHER, PATRICIA SCHUEMAN CONTACTED AND INFORMED THAT HER SON WOULD PROBABLY CONTACT HER FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP AND THAT IT WAS IMPERATIVE THAT HE CONTACT LHANLY. PAGER # LEFT WITH MRS. SCHUEMAN SO HER SON COULD CALL ANYTIME. 5/25/99 TENANT DAVID SCHEUMAN CONTACTED ME BY PAGER @ 8pm REQUESTING INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET BACK INTO HIS UNIT. HE INDICATED HE HAS BEEN GOING THROUGH SEVERE DEPRESSION BUT THAT HE CAN TAKE OF EVERYTHING NOW. I HAVE SCHEDULED TO MEET HIM ON 5-26 @ 6:30pm TO DISCUSS ABATEMENT AND ENTRY TO HIS APT. 5/26/99 MANAGER OF APARTMENTS, TRACY @ 296-6605, HAS AGREED TO MEET WITH MR. SCHUEMAN AND MYSELF TODAY @ 6:30pm. SHE HAS ALSO STATED THAT SHE ALREADY SENT IN A CLEANING CREW TO GET RID OF THE WORST OF THE ROTTING FOOD.
