I COMPLIED WITH HER WISHES AND ALSO WENT OVER SPECIFICALLY WHAT REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE MADE AND WHY THEY NEEDED TO BE MADE. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT AS LONG AS THE UNIT WAS EMPTY THEN SHE COULD TAKE AS LONG AS SHE WANTED. FOLLOW UP SCHEDULED IN 2 MONTHS. |
