HE HAS ASKED THAT A COPY OF THE NOTICE AND ORDER BE SENT TO THEIR OFFICE SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE REPAIRS. TR&TS ADDRESS IS 4803 E. 5TH ST. 05/06/99 TENANT CONTACTED RICK SALDATE IN A RAGE ABOUT HOW OUR OFFICE WASNT DOING ANYTHING. RICK CALMED HER DOWN AND CONTACTED LEE HANLY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. I (LEERAY) THEN CONTACTED TENANT AND EXPLAINED THAT ORIGINAL HNO AND INSPECTION BY M.TESTER HAD BEEN SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS DUE TO CONFUSION ABOUT LEGAL ADDRESS. TENANT SEEMED TO BE VERY HIGH ON DRUGS AND WAS SOMEWHAT INCOHERENT, SHE ORIGINALLY REFUSED TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE THE ONLY NAME SHE COULD REMEMBER WAS MARTIN. SHE FINALLY CALMED DOWN WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS I WHO POSTED THE HNO ON HER FRONT DOOR, AND THAT IT WAS ME WHO HAD MET HER AND DONE THE INSPECTION. SHE WAS EXTREMELY PARANOID WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HER AND SEEMED TO BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO GET HER (TYPICAL OF METH. AND/OR COCAINE USE). SHE EVENTUALLY TOOK DOWN MY NAME AND # AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK LATER. 05/07/99 MR. STOLLER FROM TUCSON REALTY AND TRUST CALLED TO SAY HE HAD RECIEVED HNO AND WANTED TO GO OVER IT WITH ME. THERE IS SOME CONCERN OVER IF IT IS
03/25/1999 POSSIBLE OR REASONABLE TO INSTALL A SINK IN THE BATHROOM OF THIS UNIT (IT IS A VERY OLD UNIT AND HAS NOT HAD ONE IN THE PAST). OTHER MIN. HOUSING PROBLEMS TO BE ADDRESSED BY MR. STOLLER WHILE I TRY TO GET INFORMATION FROM DAVE MANN ABOUT SINK REQUIREMENTS. 7/22/99 CONTACTED MR. STOLER @ TUCSON REALTY & TRUST ABOUT WALL IN REAR OF UNIT. HE HAS CONTRACTED TO HAVE THE ENTIRE COURTYARD OF BUILDING REDONE BEGINNING NEXT MONTH (RAIN HAS BEEN A PROBLEM). HE WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT DAVE MANN ABOUT APPEALING THE LACK OF A SINK IN THE BATHROOM (BUILDING DONE IN 1910).
