Arrived and the Battalion Chief was on site and had a unit with hoarding. Did meet with the tenant and she gave permission to enter to check the unit. The unit has no clear paths to doors and window due to hoarding, has a large amount of roaches and crawling on the walls and ceiling in all the rooms, the electric stove is covered with items and the counters are filled to the cabinet bottoms. The electrical will be removed at the meter and has no gas to the unit. The manager left the site and has some workers in the office and will not come out. The tenant signed the paperwork and gave her the copies to give to management. The tenant will be securing the unit and went to the hotel that was provided by APS. Did post Do Not Enter on the front window. RV.,}
02/03/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		Passed	This unit has been cleaned and now trying to get the electrical back on. The unit is vacant and secured and being worked on on the repairs to have rent ready. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
