Arrived and the meter was removed due to was a private meter and not from T.E.P. Checked Permits Plus and no permit for the mobile home that was placed on the lot. This space had a fire and was removed and the mobile home that is in the space is from somewhere else. There is no permit for the re-connect on the electrical or the mobile home set up. The people in the mobile home are buying it from someone and have been on the property for 2-months. Did try and call several phone numbers and got the run around on who is responsible. They have tried to pay for the rent and was given a contract from the mobile home park on renting the space. They have a place to stay until the permit has been given for the electrical to be turned back on and will have to check on who is getting the permit for the mobile home. The paperwork was placed on the front window by the door and Do Not Enter placards were placed on the front and side of the mobile home. The people were leaving the site. The mobile home will be secured when they leave. RV.}
