03/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed ND AFTER THAT WILL BE SHUTING DOWN A PRICES FOR MATERIALS HAVE GONE UP AS WELL AS OTHER COSTS. HE STATED NO OTHER WORK HAS BEEN STARTED AND NOBODY HAS BEEN WORKING ANY ODD HOURS OR SUNDAYS. I ASKED THAT OONLY THAT WHEN WORK STARTS BACK UP THEY OBSERVE THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS AND PASS THAT ON TO ALL SUB CONTRACTORS, OWNER STATED HE WOULD DO THAT AND WE DID GO OVER NORMAL HOURS. THERE ARE NO FURTHER ISSUES AS WORK HAS OR IS SHUTTING DOWN, THERE WERE NO ISSUES TODAY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
