Arrived and the fire medic was on site and they were on a medical call and one transported. Did talk to the owner and she gave permission to check the living condition. Did go in and took pictures and one kitchen not able to get to and 2-bedroom are filled floor to ceiling with wall to wall filled to the doorway. The front porch is also filled with piles of debris and storage. The flooring has holes or soft spots through out 2-mobile homes that have been connected with a filler section that is a room and bathroom. Has spider webs through out and been there for some time. Has a large amount of roaches and cats in the the mobile home. Called T.P.D. to assist on placement and talking to the people on site. Called PACC to have the cats removed. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the windows secured due to if have a fire will burn up instead of out. The grandson will be signing the paperwork and have talk to a sister that lives in Texas. Did go over the situation on the hoarding and that all the utilities are off at this time. Will be boarding all openings due to if catches on fire that the fire will be controlled to go up and not sideways. No cats were removed and are hoping that all the cats are outside the mobile homes. The grandson signed the paperwork and left the site. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front windows of the 2-mobile homes. The front door was locked at the door lock. Did talk about on cleaning the mobile homes to move back in and the exterior being cleaned or the City of Tucson will take action on cleaning the property if not done. RV.}

Have talk to relatives looking for the owner or family members and no sure where they are living. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
