Arrvied and has electrical on and going to the house from the pole should be off since December of 2021 for non payment. The wires were cut at the pole and has an extension cord from the electrical panel to the riser and connected to the service side for T.E.P. The wires from the meter base have been removed at the panel and the extension cord has been installed to the service drop on the roof. Did meet with the tenant and showed her the wires that have been removed at the meter base and how the extension cord was being used. The tenant is trying to make arrangements on getting the electrical back on today. The tenant was not able to find an electrican and will have to work on it tomorrow. The tenant did sign the paperwork and was going to get a hotel. Did to the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. T.P.D. did not show and left the site. RV.} | |
