Arrived and there is a electrical company digging a trench for a new pedistal to be dropped on the property for space #37 to the transformer. They had installed a romex line to the pedistal to space #38 where is lacking a mobile home and the meter was also lacking. There are permits that are in approved status and lacking the payments, T22CM06968 approved on 9-13-22 for new pedistal being installed, T22CM06397 approved on 8-19-22 for the reconnect on the electrical. T.E.P. was sending a trouble person to check the site. Had to leave the site for aother case if tampering. A TRENCH WAS BEING DUG IN FRONT OF MOBILE HOME NUMBER 37 AND THE CREW WAS CONNECTING ILLEGALY INTO PEDESTAL 38 FOR ELECTRICAL USE. THERE WAS NO METER AT PEDESTAL 38. TEP WAS CALLED AND THEY DISCONNECTED POWER FROM THE TRANSFORMER, TEP STATED THAT THERE WAS NO APPERANT DAMAGE DONE TO PEDESTAL 38. THERE ARE TWO ELECTRICAL PERMITS ONE IS T22CM06968 ISSUED 9/12/22 (FOR PEDESTAL 37) AND THE OTHER IS T22CM06397 ISSUED 8/19/2022 FOR ELECTRICAL RECONNECT TO PEDESTAL 37.}
01/04/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The cords have been removed and the pedestal for another mobile home has been issued and connected to that pedestal for electrical. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
