09/21/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a structure fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and were starting to clean up. The fire was in the rear of a mobile home in a bedroom. The mobile home appears to be being used as a storage area due to all the rooms are filled and not able to walk in the interior of the mobile home. The electrical was removed and has added romex wiring under the mobile home and around the electrical panel for the mobile home. The windows were broken to vent the mobile home due to was filled with smoke. No one home and the front gate lock was cut to enter the property. The yard is filled with vehicles and parts for vehicles through out the property and some contruction tools and material. The electrical panel for the mobile home is burned in the room and the wiring has also been burned and will have to be replaced. There was a dog and PACC had to be called to remove the dog from the property and had a hard time catching the dog. Did the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window on the plywood due to not able to find the owner. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Placed a City lock on the drive gate where the lock was cut. The property is filled with vehicles and car parts, construction tools and material and some storage of different items. RV.
09/23/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is vacant and secured. Have been in contact with the son of the owner and will be cleaning the property soon. The mobile home is going to be removed by demo or transported off the property due to the amount of damage from the fire. He is working on getting the dog back and has the paperwork and was going to call. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
