09/18/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT TIDWELL Approved EMERGENCY CALL OUT FROM TFD. ON SITE WITH THE TENANTS. THERE WAS AN EXTERIOR CONTENT FIRE. AN ESTIMATED 4X8 AREA TO THE REAR EXTERIOR METAL PANEL SUSTAINED LIGHT HEAT DAMAGE FROM THE FIRE. IT WAS DISCOLORED BUT NOT WARPED. THE ELECTRIC HOT WATER HEATER WAS IN PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE. THE WOOD MEMBERS AND DOOR TO THE HOT WATER HEATER DID NOT HAVE ANY SURFACE CHARRING OR SMOKE DAMAGE. THE WIRES DID NOT APPEAR TO BE MELTED NOR DID ANY OTHER COMPONENTS OF THE HOT WATER TANK, LOCATED IN AN EXTERIOR CLOSET. THE ELECTRICAL PEDESTAL WAS LOCATED ON THE OTHER SIDE OF A WOOD FENCE. THE ELECTRICAL METER IS NOT OWNED BY TEP. THERE WAS NO LABELING AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SEE WHAT PEDESTAL BELONGED TO THE UNIT AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISCONNECT HAD IT BEEN NEEDED. THE IINTERIOR SUBPANEL WAS LOCATED IN THE REAR BEDROOM AND TFD HAD TURN THE POWER OFF FROM THE BREAKERS. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE MOBILE HOME. THERE WAS NO SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME. AT THIS TIME THE CITY TAKES NO ACTION. THE UNIT APPEARS TO BE SAFE TO OCCUPY.
